Search & Growth / SEO

SEO services that connect the search to the right page.

Search visibility depends on several things working together. Your pages need to be accessible, relevant to the question, and clear about the business behind them. WebXd brings technical SEO, on-page improvements, and local search work into a practical scope, with changes you can inspect and priorities your team can act on.

Start with the services you want people to find and the places you actually serve. We’ll look at where the search journey breaks, then agree on the work needed to address it. That might mean fixing an indexing issue, improving an existing page, or bringing your website and business listings into agreement.

01 / Diagnosis

Find the break in the search journey.

A low traffic total can hide very different problems. An important page might be missing from search, appearing for the wrong topic, or competing with another page on your own site. We review the relevant URLs and search queries before choosing a remedy. A crawler report helps locate issues, but it needs context.

Different symptoms call for different checks
What you noticeWhat we examineLikely work area
A service page is absentIndexing status, access, canonical selectionTechnical SEO
Visitors find the wrong serviceQuery intent, page purpose, competing URLsOn-page SEO
Local information conflictsWebsite, Business Profile, important listingsLocal SEO

We connect those findings to your business priorities. A blocked page for a core service deserves a different response from an unused archive with a duplicate title. The starting plan names the affected pages, the evidence, and the person responsible for the next change. Dependencies stay visible, including approvals and developer access.

02 / Technical SEO

Repair the route to the right page.

Technical SEO services examine how search engines discover and read your public pages. We check crawl access, index directives, redirects, preferred URLs, internal links, and sitemap coverage. Where templates depend on JavaScript, we inspect the rendered content as well. The aim is to identify the specific condition affecting a useful page.

  1. Discover

Links and sitemap point to the intended URL
  2. Read

Public content and resources can be accessed
  3. Select

Preferred URL signals agree across the site

Suppose an old repair URL redirects to a new page, but the navigation still links to the old address and the sitemap lists a third version. We trace that route and make the signals consistent. A canonical tag expresses a preference; Google can select a different URL. Verification includes reviewing what actually happened after the change.

Performance and structured data belong in the same review when they affect the pages in scope. We distinguish template changes from individual page edits and document how to check each fix. If the platform needs more extensive work, website redesign can be scoped alongside SEO. A full rebuild is not the default starting point.

03 / On-page SEO

Turn a query into a useful service page.

On-page SEO starts with the reason someone searched. We map a meaningful query group to a page that can answer it, then review the title, main heading, supporting content, and links. An existing page may already be the best destination. Publishing another version of the same answer can leave visitors unsure which one applies.

For a fictional furniture workshop, someone searching for chair repair needs more than a repeated phrase. They need to know which damage can be repaired, what information to send, and where the workshop accepts work. A useful page puts those details together and links to related repairs only when they help the decision.

A query becomes a page with a job

Can this chair be repaired?Repair types, limitations, and original examples
Do you work in my area?Accurate workshop and service-area details
What should I send?Photo requirements and a clear inquiry route

The page brief records what to keep, what to clarify, and which facts your team needs to confirm. We can define edits to existing pages or scope new ones where a distinct need exists. Broader publishing priorities belong in content strategy, while testing how visitors complete an inquiry belongs in conversion rate optimization.

04 / Local SEO

Give nearby customers a consistent picture.

Local SEO connects your website with the business information customers see elsewhere. We review your Google Business Profile, relevant listings, and service or location pages for accuracy. Categories, hours, contact details, and the places you serve should describe the real business. Your team confirms operational facts before we change public information.

  • Business Profile ownership and access
  • Categories, regular hours, and special hours
  • Contact information on the website and key listings
  • Genuine locations and service coverage
  • Customer feedback and response responsibilities

A separate location page needs a useful reason to exist. Different opening hours, staff, access instructions, or services can justify distinct content. Replacing a city name across otherwise identical pages adds little help for the visitor. For a service-area business, we explain coverage clearly and check the profile setup against the actual operating model.

Reviews and local reputation also need an appropriate plan, including how your team requests feedback and responds to customers. Google describes local ranking through relevance, distance, and prominence. We can improve accuracy and relevance, but a profile edit cannot change how far a searcher is from your business. Local positions will vary by location.

05 / Review

Read progress at the level of the work.

A completed fix, a change in search visibility, and a qualified inquiry are different kinds of evidence. We keep them separate in the review. The change log records what was published and how it was checked. Search Console helps examine clicks, impressions, and queries for the pages involved, with comparable dates and relevant filters.

  1. Was the fix verified?

Changed URL, owner, published date, and check
  2. Did search visibility change?

Relevant pages and queries over comparable periods
  3. Did useful inquiries follow?

Agreed events, qualification, and measurement limits

Inquiry data needs its own agreed definition. A phone-link click does not establish that a conversation took place, and a search click does not establish that a visitor became a customer. If those connections need work, analytics and attribution can be scoped separately. We also note seasonality, missing data, and other changes that complicate comparisons.

The next priorities come from that combined picture. Some changes can be checked immediately in the site; search engines may take longer to process them. We set review points around the work and available evidence, rather than promise a ranking date. For discovery through AI answers, explore the separate AEO and GEO service.

06 / Questions

Questions about the work behind search visibility.

Can SEO start with a focused project?

Yes. A defined indexing problem, a group of service pages, or inconsistent local information can form a focused scope. Continued work makes sense when new pages, changing services, or unresolved findings need regular attention. We discuss the immediate problem and who will maintain the changes before recommending a project or ongoing arrangement.

Will you work with our existing developer?

Implementation responsibilities are agreed in the scope. If your developer makes the changes, the handoff identifies affected URLs, recommended edits, and acceptance checks. Work that WebXd implements needs appropriate access and a review environment where relevant. We also agree who approves copy and confirms local business details before publication.

What affects the cost and timing?

The number of important page types, technical constraints, locations, and content edits shape the work. Access, approval steps, and developer availability also affect delivery. Share your website, current concerns, and any planned changes so the proposal can describe the scope and dependencies. Search performance timing remains separate from the implementation schedule.

Can you guarantee a first-page ranking?

No. Search engines decide which results appear, and those results change with the query, location, competition, and other factors. We can define deliverables, verify agreed changes, and report the evidence available. A useful SEO scope makes those responsibilities clear without treating a target position as a guaranteed outcome.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Bring your website address, the services you want people to find, and the locations or audiences that matter. Existing Search Console information and a summary of past SEO work are useful if available. You can start without a completed audit. We’ll identify the access and supporting details needed for the next step.
